American Artist Kris Courtney submits and receives "Proudly Displays" ACT (Original Oil Painting - First Issue AP) in West Chester Ohio Office. In notice of the January 5th, 2011 swearing in as Speaker of the House, Courtney delivered this 'One of a Kind' print in time for Mr. Boehner to mark the event.
