We all want the same thing, to belong,

Make
sure you have time allotted to read the whole book once you open it. I picked it
up, started reading it and found that I couldn't put it down. You have to get on
board with Kris and take his journey with him. This book is not for the faint of
heart as it deals with things that are titillatingly taboo. Kris kept getting
knocked down by things in his life that were out of his control as a child. But,
he seemed to find a way to get back up again. He took a self destructive path to
try to find his way as an adult only to further knock himself down and then
struggle to get back up again. Kris proves that he was a resilient child and
becomes a man of great stamina in dealing with all that life has to throw at
him. My heart broke every time his heart was broken. My tears flowed every time
his tears flowed. And, my mind went through his anguish every time he hit an
ultimate low in his life. We see the world with our own eyes, with our own
perspective. Kris allows us to see the world through his eyes, look at life from
his perspective and it will change how you look at yourself and your own life.
